Taking pictures of your kids!

Garrett is having so much fun with this easter grass. Gracyn is just sitting there being the nice girl that she is. Not getting into anything (ha ha). It was so funny on Sunday because they completely switched roles on me. Garrett was on the wild side and Gracyn was acting like a nice polite little girl.

This is one of the typical pictures that I get of them together. Of the backs of their head. I had them both looking at me and then when I snapped the picture of course the camera takes WAY to long so I get the backs of their heads or the side of their faces.
This is such a cute picture. I always fix them a snack and tell them to sit on the carpet so that they can eat it. I went in to find them sitting like this. I just had to take a picture (quickly) before they got up. They surprise me everyday. They are growing so fast!
Of course I wanted to get a picture of them in their nice clothes. But you see what I get. Gabe had to stand behind me and shake eggs with money in them to even sit still.

Ok those of you that have more than one child know that it is very difficult to get pictures of them together. When I try to get them to stand together one goes one way and the other goes the other way. I feel bad because there are not very many pictures of them together and sometimes I feel like I take more of Gracyn then I do Garrett. Or I take more of Garrett then I do Gracyn. I also know that I don't take that many pictures of Noah anymore. Half the time he is not here or he just doesn't want to be involved in what we are doing.
I just hope that my children know that I love them all the same. Even though I may have more pictures of one over the other ones. They will realize one of these days that it is not easy being a parent. ; ). I am one blessed mother I have the best children. Thank You God for blessing me with such a wonderful family.

Easter!!

Gracyn hunting eggs!!

Garrett dropping his eggs!
Gracyn putting her eggs in her basket!
Gabe says this is Garrett's football pose! Get ready UT!
Always has the same face :o)

We had a wonderful Easter this year. On Saturday we went to White House, TN to Gabe's sister's house. On Sunday we went to church and then went to my Aunt and Uncle's house. The kids had a great time. The only thing that was missing was Noah. He spent Easter with his daddy. :o( Gracyn loved to hunt eggs but Garrett could care less. You could easily find him because whereever he went he had a trail of eggs behind him.

Also I wanted to let you all know that Garrett's surgery went GREAT. He is such a good boy. I am so proud of him. I am so blessed to have such a wonderful family and great friends. Everyone has been so supportive and calling and checking on him. Thank You all!!!!

Catching up!!

Ok I know this is going to be a lot of pictures to look at but I hope that you all enjoy them. I will try to do better and update more often. :o)

I can't take credit for these other pictures. Our babysitter has a friend that is taking photo journalism classes at Western. She had to do a project on numbers and she picked the number 2 she had to take pictures of things in twos. So she chose to do her project on twins and she picked us. LOL. I felt sorry for her. They were wild that day climbing all over her trying to take her camera away from her. She came over while I was at work the first time so Gabe had to try to keep them occupied so that she could get some pictures of them. Then she came back for supper and bath times. It was a CRAZY night. She got some really cute pictures of them and I am glad because I haven't taken any pictures of them in a long time.

Finally!!

Gracyn and Santa!

Garrett and Gracyn with Santa. Garrett did not like him at all.
Our family minus one. Noah was with his Daddy.
Gracyn last year. I just had to post some pictures of them from last year. They have grown so fast.
Garrett last year. How sweet.

Ok so I haven't posted a blog since December. I have been busy working and taking care of my family. We were sick right around Christmas with the stomach bugs. I know everyone in Bowling Green has had that. Then I got sick with a cold. Then Gabe got it and then of course Gracyn and Garrett got it. Gracyn had RSV, pneumonia, and an ear infection. Garrett had RSV luckily Garrett had tubes so he didn't get an ear infection. So I think that we may all be healthy. I haven't even posted Christmas pictures on here or anything. I will have to do a lot of posting to try to get back up to date.
